Sheila the chicken? 🤣Ever considered contacting and appear on Bulgarian TV? There is another young Brit family that appeared recently and made a very warm interview (Phoenix Project KZitem channel). There is a programme for foreigners that live in Bulgaria. Honestly, think Bulgaria is blessed to have so much positive and motivated Brits. Thank you for supporting the old man. Enjoy spring, but crazy weather changes :) Those looks, you look so in love with each other :D I wish you all the best.

The Phoenix Project use to be some Brits who ran a cafe in Vidin a few years back. Closed down now unfortunately. Lots of interviews on "Bulgaria Needs You" with families who moved to BG.

End of an absolutely very hard initiation into Bulgarian life. Well done for sticking it out. Learning from your Bulgarian neighbours and friends is the best way to go about managing your land coz they are great people and eager to help, and to mix in with them is the best way to go, especially with the language. They love a laugh and fun at your expanse, it all helps. lol. I have watched you from the beginning to see how you youngsters are coping/have coped and even as a stranger, I am proud of you all. I have been lucky in as much as my house is renovated to a point and outbuildings useable, But am renting. Get on guys and onwards n upwards. and yes Jordan, what a cackle you have. !! XX. It's been a couple of days for me really, found your content recently and binged them so fast. I just love how you make from nothing something even tho it's not fancy it's starting to look awesome, cozy and just really reminds me of when I was a child at my grandparents helping them, learning from them, watching them as they do all those stuff. I'm from Bulgaria and at the beginning I was a bit jealous of how simple yet fulfilling you guys seem, but now all I can say is I'm happy for you guys and a big thanks for making me realize you don't need to have a flashy life to be happy, sometimes the simple things like planting tomatoes or fixing something at home instead of throwing it and buying a new one gives way much more joy, knowing you fixed or crafted it with your own hands, makes u proud 👏 Cannot wait to follow on your journey in season 2! Keep up the work. Every video, I've seen more and more people from my country admiring what you do. We need people like you. Thanks, and bless your family❤

Wow guys! I just found your channel and watched quite a few episodes at once. And I want to say that I am amazed by your way of thinking and approaching things. Right now, me a young Bulgarian citizen who is not happy with his life, his country and always thinking that people in the west of our country live a much better life . And I am just amazed by you and how happy you seem to be in this village. I just want to say few things. Keep doing what you do, you are making such a great content just by filming your daily life and I find that amazing. I thought that in the future you could invest in a good vlogging camera and try to organize the structure of the videos better. I am saying this because I think this channel has huuuge potential and you guys seem like great people! And lastly you also could consider making a Revolut account and putting it in your bio. Cheers guys I will keep watching and supporting you!

But if you feel the same was as we do, we share our journey because (apart from showing our loved ones what we're up to) we are passionate about Bulgaria and excited to share our experiences with others. If people want to show their appreciation by sending a little money or by watching, liking, subscribing, sharing and making comments, it is all very much appreciated and it let's us know that they enjoy coming along with us for the journey. I found your channel about a week ago, and i have just binged watched the whole lot in this time, All i have to say is blumming marvellous . You keep it raw and real. Im a carpenter and I I'm multi skilled to, so watching some of the things you have done has had me going " noooo" at the screen 😅😅... but if it works then its fine. Your skills will improve as time goes on, just make sure you keep the same theme going, dont change how you document this as its great. One thing i may suggested is that you all stand infront of your house and take a picture, do this each year and see how your world grows, it will be a great thing for the kids to see when they are older... put the pictures in the house on a wall as a time lapse. Just an idea. Im looking at coming out to Bulgaria within the next couple of years too. Love life, look after each other and be happy. 😊😊😊 See you in the next season. Paul.

Can't tell you how much I enjoyed this. I discovered you in winter last year, sitting on the floor in our Bulgarian house, upcycling a table. I'm curious - because I know this is from last year - how did your chickens get on? I kept chickens in the uk for donkeys years and always had a bantam rooster so they didn't squish my girls! Great space for them - it LOOKS jackal secure?

Your first episode randomly popped up as a suggested viewing yesterday - I ended up binge-watching them all - and finished with this one today. What a fantastic achievement for you all. What a lovely childhood for the children. Can't wait for season 2. You should all be very proud of yourselves. I would love to see more of the local shops/village/town (whatever is local). Have you thought about volunteering for a few hours a week, locally, to integrate to the locals? (I know you are both very busy). It's through shared experiences that we make friends. Maybe teaching some children to speak English? They could teach you some Bulgarian in return? Good luck to you all.

Guys just an fyi, the roosting bars should be wide enough for the chickens to spread their feet. You don't want them to curl their feet while roosting. Otherwise looks like a good little coop. Made mine from pallet wood then used a couple of broken branches from the local woods for roost bars and perches in the run. And your not off grid if youre using the internet 🖕🏻🤣🤣 love the vid as always though and look forward to the next one.
