What is happening people welcome back to the channel. In today's video we 're featuring another sand bag video in which I would say relates more into getting used to maneuvering sandbags in training. First exercise is ehh I 'd say you can call it sandbag to shoulder then squat and back to other shoulder type of thing, you can name it something I suppose. But yes brutal work out with 30s run time and 30s rest in between sets. It brings out the skills in dealing with big heavy objects shifting them around while running the clock. Second workout bit more simple but none the less hard such as in my case which conditioning ain't really my best asset. Like I mention in the video with this one you can be a bit creative and run multiple sand bags if you have for the different distances or if budget doesn't allow you it can still have a tough time with one trust me!
