Dead Horse Point State Park is a state park in Utah, USA, overlooking the Colorado River. A herd of wild horses and mustangs once roamed on the plains of the high desert at 1,800 meters above sea level. I walked the Eaststream Trail in Dead Horse Point State Park overlooking the majestic Grand Canyon, which has been slowly carved by the Colorado River as it flows leisurely over 150 million years.
Today, we will walk along the plateau trail at 1,800 meters above sea level, where the sad story of the wild horse Mustang is told, and take you through the scenery overlooking the Colorado River flowing 600 meters below.
