It's always a plus to find both halves! I love watching shell collector's on the beach. I used to do that years ago. I'm older now and heavier making it impossible to go shell collecting. I know, it's my fault I've gotten like this. So really appreciate all you beach walkers!

Hey Laura..thanks so much for your videos. They are just a thrill to watch. I love all of those tinies you are talking about and when I come to Sanibel I want to collect as many carditas and kitten paws as I can find to make a craft. I am staying on the east end when I come but I hope to find an access point on West Gulf as I enjoy biking. Anyhow thanks again.:)

Turner Beach was giving large whole flats over the last couple of weeks as well as tiny colorful scallops smaller than a pencil eraser. I had someone ask if I used a magnifying glass to see them!

YES! The baby scallops were rolling in at Turner! I LOVE them! I personally dont have as much luck as others finding flats (whole) but I do love those baby scallops!

Hi Janet! Scallops are usually a part of shell boxes every month, but I will be putting some lots of shells up on the NEW website which will be launching hopefully beginning of July! www.virtualshelling.com
