I found some video footage of myself doing erbs palsy exercises when I was 8 years old. I thought it'd be good to show the difference between me at 34 and me at 8.
Some things have become a little easier, some have stayed the same. One thing I've learned to do it adapt. I think that is the key thing for people with brachial plexus injury. It's all about adapting what you do, to make sure you get the job done.
