oh fuck yes, i got the turbo charge explanation, im so happy someone asked. so basically in a stock car, there is a standard air intake. This intake, sucks air from outside of the car into the engine, more specifically into the cylinders. (The cylinders are the tube shaped chambers in which the ignition of fuel and power for a car are generated, firing the pistons, and turning the cranks.) this air is needed, as what propels cars is a combustion reaction of 02 and fuel. The fuel gets pumped in, mixed with fresh air, compressed, and combusted through electrical ignition (spark plugs). The next step after a stock intake, is a cold air intake, which scoops in cold air directly from the front of the grill, instead of taking air from the hot engine bay, and uses it to supply a more dense air supply (because cold air compresses more easily than hot air). The larger the amount of 02 present, the more fuel can be added to the cylinders as well. This results in greater forces from larger combustion reactions taking place. In turn, the vehicle gets a boost in power. The next step after that, are all the different types of chargers there are available. Screw chargers, turbo chargers, dual turbo chargers, superchargers, etc. These are a bit more complicated. They are essentially a wheel that you install right behind the intake and as an exhaust gas outlet. The effect is essentially in the same train of thought as a cold air intake, its just a lot more refined and purposeful. for great example, you can choose where you want your boost at. Low end boost will give you great acceleration at low speeds, but will not do much at higher speeds. High end boost will run you at better top speeds, but will suffer when trying to get up to 60 in comparison to other performance vehicles with low end to mid level boost. Then there's really complicated builds, which supply both lo and high end boost, and are really expensive. Keep in mind that increasing power comes at a cost much greater than the initial purchasing of the parts. You are going to wear through your car parts faster. Your : Tires suspension brakes engine exhaust line All of these will wear at a greater rate than usual if the amount of forces being exerted on them are greater than usual. (Well the first three you would actually keep healthy, but idk why you would drive a turbo charged vehicle at the posted speed limit at all times. kind of defeats the purpose of turbo charging the thing)

Here's a health trick I got from Devon (watching his video), and I took it to the next level. Here it goes: drink fish liver oil (straight from the bottle, like pour it into your mouth. You can pour as much as you like, don't worry Edit: I think like 25 ml is the maximum dose per day tho, which is a lot). After you've swallowed the oil, you eat ginger (which is also very healthy, reduces inflammation in the body and makes your digestion work 30% faster). The ginger will reset your taste buds, so you wont taste the fish liver oil at all. Fish liver oil is an aaamaaaaaaazing product! Here's some stats: 5ml of fish liver oil contains: 1180 mg of omega-3s (of which DHA 560 mg, EPA 370 mg - recommended u dont get over 3000 mg of one of those in a day). Vitamin A: 250 ug (31%). Vitamin E: 3mg (25%). And here's the amazing part: Vitamin D - 10 ug (200% of daily need). This stuff makes you feel amazing! And improves your performance by levels. Really good for your brain - reduces inflammation in the brain I think. Also great for your testosterone, since Vitamin D boosts your testosterone levels.
