I love listening to Erica Campbell. Inspired by her a lot as I am a vocalist as well. She might not have the title of pastor, but I think she carries a pastoral anointing. I learned a lot in my 19-year marriage and did the work (got married very young). Even read the power of a praying wife by Stormie Martian. But after a long 19 years of constant emotional abuse, it had to end, and God released me. We all have a different testimony, and I'm thankful for God's grace. I am no longer stuck, and I am walking empowered and becoming all that God wants to be. I love your podcast. Since God released me, I started my own podcast called "Married to His Will," and God has been blessing me. I'm always inspired watching this podcast. I'm going to keep doing what God has told me to do! ❤❤❤

Erica... 🔥🤯 You are incredible, you have a lot of talents and you are a blessing to us!❤️ You have all my attention when you said “I care, BUT without carrying” 🤯 I totally agree... At some point in my life I was becoming overwhelming, sad and I didn’t know what else to do to help when people came to me and told me what they were going through and a friend told me “listen, but don’t let their problems stay in you,” 🤯🎯let it go, you did what you could and that’s all you can do. These words helped me a lot! It wasn’t easy at first to understand what my friend told me, but I began to pray that God would help me see beyond. Some people share their problems, but they continue life and, in the meantime, I was worried about them once I saw that on their part... that what they are going through, they were able to handle it.... I STOPPED! I thank God for freeing me because I can only listen, give my opinion or help but the rest is theirs and with God. Thank you Erica and Laterras... ❤️ I loved the message. Blessings! 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽 Keep enjoying your day.

My goodness.....this episode was SO SO RICH!!! Ever since I kept hearing Erica (on her morning radio show) use the term "in-love" versus "in-law" I have taken on that mindset in preparation for my God- ordained destiny family. This conversation helped shift my "worldly" perspective to what Kingdom family is supposed to look like and strive for --- our entire "tribe" coming alongside one another to lift each other up in love through our various seasons. No one needs to be left behind because we are stronger when learning and growing together! Erica Campbell possesses a treasure chest of "keepin it real + straight up, check the emotions at the door" type of wisdom ❤️ So Laterras I usually get so caught up in the conversation of the episode that I always neglect to comment on your letter at the end. Well this letter was so on point and it beautifully expressed my exact feelings with regard to the union with my future hubby! Thank you 😊

Even though if that’s what I’m suppose to be that’s what I will be. She also knew that she didn’t have to be co-pastor because she already had things going for herself. They have balance life which is very important all of that comes from life’s experiences. Much love to the them and my prayer is to have that kind of balance whenever I get married again.

Praise the Lord sis, thank you for that! Here recently I have been going through a lot of emotions and I couldn’t figure out why, I started crying all over the place. Now you have to understand something about me I never cry about anything. For the first time in my life I had to come to terms with my anger-anxiety-rage that I’d been living with for years, be blessed my sister in Christ be blessed.😂😂😂❤❤❤ the reason I was so angry was because these people follow me wherever I go determined to make my life a living hell. Let me give you just two examples: (1) they made videos of themselves rapping me and to add insult to injury wherever I go they play said videos and (2) chemicals that was and is being put in my air ducts is so dangerous to me and my family that it’s not even funny. I know who it is but there isn’t a darn thing I can do about it. I tried to handle the matter by going to the police in my case the sheriffs they tried to make it seem like I was crazy because of the videos. Now you have to understand something about me if I had done it all I would have said was (I just have to eat it) these people have followed me to church trying to get me thrown out of my church. Playing said videos to my friends and family. I didn’t realize at the time it was happening and is still happening that it was mint to make me shut up and go and bury my head in the sand but that was and is not an option. Then I asked god why are you letting them do this to me? How do you expect me to sing about your love and I am being humiliated on every corner? You know what’s so cold about it is in said videos I don’t know if they had me swing from the rafters or peeling bananas with my feet but I do know that, I’ll not bury my head in the sand and I’ll not give up on god. Why? Because god didn’t do this to me the devil and man did.❤❤❤❤

THANK YOU Erica. Together nearly 40 years, married nearly 30 and still learning the Grace and Peace of forgiving the outlaws. Erica is SOOO TRUE, my moms taught me NEVER to make my kids pawns because my mother in law never liked me. I remember the day I discovered my Peace when I learned to put the anger down and forgive. As both mothers have aged I'm watching everything my moms and grandma teaching me, come to pass. I think what hurt me the most was how my mom, pops and entire family embraced my husband as one of the family, even to today. Despite infidelities enabled and encouraged by my m-i-l and other members of his family, my family never held it against him or threw it in his face. Nothing beats the Peace of Forgiveness, letting go and teaching your children the difference between wrong and right.

I come from a dysfunctional family on all sides, paternal, maternal, and immediate. I recently discovered that I wasn't wanted and I didn't have an example at all, only chaos. I didn't see an example until I started going to church and that example was the pastor and first lady of the church. In discovering that I was unwanted, I discovered that is what I have been searching for in my life. This also has had an impact on relationships and marriage. It will all be new to me. I want to one day be married. I have wanted to be loved and its something that I always wondered, the difference between myself and other women, it was revealed that other women were loved by their mothers and families and I wasn't. So now I am continuously learning to love myself. And that same message has been revealed to me "God never told me to trust people, but to trust Him! Thanks again Dear Future Wifey Podcast this was another dynamic episode. Yes, I said I want my future spouse to plan our wedding together, every detail. I think that's beautiful because you are starting out with a key element compromise and making decisions together.
