Love your videos. I bought rice cakes after watching this video But since then im questioning eating it. And I dont see any review which says its good. 😔 My genetics are not that good , or may be i am doing something wrong. Im not fat but losing belly fat is my constant problem to deal with.

I saw another eating vid you did some months ago and there, too, I didn’t see you eat any greens I don’t recall. I come from a family where we MUST have salad and/or veg w/practically every meal. She's sticking really close to the vertical diet principles by @stanefferding. It's optimal for performance, thyroid and gut health. The only downside in my opinion is that people with a big appetite will have an even harder time when calories are low eating this way than with more low calorie dense foods. Erin is used to suffering in a calorie deficit and likely has a normal to low appetite relative to other people (most great bodybuilders are like that).

I like the fact that you mention Resistant Starch with cold and reheated rice. I love potatoes and cook a big batch, then throw in the fridge overnight. I try to explain this to family and they still don't get it

They can't have much fruits as natural sugar bt will still be too much and veggies fiber is good but you still can bloat if take too much fiber.

Thanks for sharing! Very cute house panther! To up my vitamin K and leafy greens, I love to puree spinach, cilantro, and garlic and mix it into my rice. It ups the nutrient content and adds great vitamins, plus it's a vibrant green! I love rolling meal prep - you can eat something and prep for the next few meals, good time management.

Condiments in Australia are full of sugar. Cannot find low carb. Some mustards are low sugar. I got my chef husband to make my own sauces with monk fruit to reduce the sugars.

I can’t eat before my workout. I fast after 8:30pm and I workout at 11:30am. I only eat my first meal at 1:30pm or 2:00pm.

hahahahaha, YOU LAUGH! hahahahaha! Erin, the weirdest combination I ever ate while preping was Tuna patty and shredded wheat! hahahahaha! it was the right amount of everything needed. It was after training legs and not being able to get out of the tub that my X just didn't understand! hahahahaha! You are one class act! loved that ending.

Great video! I notice a lot of competitors eat rice. I don't eat rice (or pasta or breads or baked goods, etc) I currently eat grains 1 meal a day (currently eating 70-100g oat bran for breakfast depending on goals). I get most of my carbs from veggies and eat 2 lbs of low calorie veggies a day. I have been eating this way for 2 years (meal plan from trainer) and have dropped from obese to 23% body fat without ever feeling hungry or deprived. Do you feel it is necessary to add rice into a prep eating plan?
