Waterfufu (fermented cassava) and eru is the traditional dish of the Bayangi people of Manyu Sub-division in the South West Region of Cameroon (Africa).
Today, I'll be showing you how simple it is to cook this vegetable with snail, which is how the Bayangi people like it best. In the absence of waterfufu you can serve it with garri, pounded yam, semolina or any fufu of your choice.
