Hi guys! Here’s my take on masarap na Escabeche recipe. It’s easy and flavorful Filipino Escabeche. I totally recommend this recipe. Thank you for watching and take care. - Rea.
ESCABECHE INGREDIENTS:
1.41 LB Silk Snapper, fried
2-3 tbsp Canola Oil, for sautéing
Half of medium-sized Red Onion
1 thumb-sized Ginger
4-5 cloves Garlic
2 medium-sized Carrots, julienned
1/2 tsp Ground black pepper
15 grams Rock Sugar
2 tbsp Soy sauce
1-2 tbsp Lemon or you can also use Calamansi juice
3/4 C Water
1-2 Red and Green Bell pepper
1 tbsp Cornstarch with 2 tbsp Water
1/2 tsp Salt, to taste
Spriing Onion for garnish, optional
**NOTE**
COOKING is all about your taste. Adjust accordingly.
