steroids is the wrong path .... it's that simple. Noel can claim what he likes, but if he was smaller, less impressionable young kids would care. This is EVERYTHING wrong with the industry. Noel, you've been more honest than most, I'll give you that, but steroids are bad for your health, your heart, your testicles, your brain chemistry. You know some kid is going to take steroids to be like you, cause you're so 'cool' and 'great' and 'happy', and it's going to mess them up. fk steroids.

@@steveb6718 Noel has never endorsed steroids, nor encouraged people to use them. He’s transparent about his use. Better to be transparent about it, than lie about it and have people become disillusioned because they can’t achieve results influencers, or actors, say they can by eating chicken. This video pretty much speaks to that fact. I would never use PEDs, but that doesn’t mean I don’t agree with a lot of what Noel speaks on.

The critical thinking aspect is something that really resonates with me because of the amount of people I’ve met and see that don’t understand the notion of being a little bit sceptical when something seems off and then doing their own research first before making their final say. The amount of stories I’ve heard from relatives and their friends and just the general gossip of what some of the lackluster things that people do out there is crazy. Fitting in is fine, but let’s not do it to the point where we’re literal bots Thank you Noel, for being a beam of light for us.

Honestly, the concept of the impact influencers have is relevant to every content creator - even outside the fitness space. Over the years I've seen many of my favorite youtubers change up their styles and begin to post slop just because the algoritm prefers it, without stopping once to ponder on whether the videos they make actually benefit their audience. Each creator has a huge responsibility towards a lot of people and not many realize it, so it's nice to see there are still conscientious people in the KZitem space ❤
