A follow along video of a series of movements I use to condition and bring greater awareness to my hip Joints for skiing. The goal being symmetry, ease of movement, and control. The hip joints give us the most range of motion for skiing. Therefore I find it essential for skiers to learn how to move them easily and freely in all planes of motion. Use the video as a self assessment tool as well as a way to work on the areas that are less mobile.
