This movie (and this song) remind me that loving and being loved, along with the memories you make, are so worth any pain you might feel at the end. Watching this after ending a relationship helps me to remember that I will meet someone new eventually, and for better or worse, we'll have our time together. And I'll appreciate every minute that I am loved by another.

This is such a beautiful movie. Its so... so... so real. At one point Clementine, asks Joel in his "dream" what they should do before it stops, and he says to enjoy it, instead of trying to escape like before. To enjoy the last moment they have together, before that goes away. Another interesting thing is when Mary, depressed, aks stan how she was like before she got her mind erased. Like she is no longer fully that person. That combined with the soundtrack... I think my computer broke, of all the tears. What a movie.

Ora credo che, fino a poco tempo, ci saremmo potuti identificare con loro anche per tutto il resto del film, quasi fosse stato scritto prendendo ad ispirazione la nostra storia. Però no. Non mi farei mai cancellare il ricordo di te, per quanto ogni giorno sia sempre più doloroso, sapendo che si avvicina il mio rientro in Sicilia ma non potrei subito venire ad incontrarti, attendendoti sotto casa col più bel regalo che ti avrei potuto portare dal mio viaggio. i watched this movie for the first time on the airplane because i felt so touched by this piece; not knowing a single thing about the movie. my ex girlfriend had recently broke up with me at the time. airplane movies always seem to make me cry

That's the baby boomer method. No matter how shitty you feel, there are millions of others who feel A LOT shittier than you do. FEEL BETTER.

Love has been a dream and a fantasy in my life but this movie somehow made me accept my place in this world a little bit more then I did and that feels good because we are not here forever and the present moment should be enjoyed for what it is not what we might want it to be.
