The booing you heard sounded a lot like the "buh buh buh" sound men from Raya Rayuma, Wollo province(where I'm from) make. Maybe some guy from Wollo was in the crowd and got too excited lol. The sound is usually made by a group of men when they're calling someone out to fight, but it can be used as a celebratory cry as well.

They are the birth place of humanity one of the oldest civilization with monuments older than Rome they have astounding architectural achievements such as axum,lalibela,fasilades.. We're mentioned in the bible and Quran they accepted Christianity before European Islam before the middle east have never Been colonized most western medicine is driven from Ethiopian folk medicine and that's why till this day they learn Geez in German speaking of Geez Ethiopians are the only country in Africa with their own alphabet and numerical system besides the Arabs they were the 1st ones whom domesticated donkeys and camels they also were the main reason why the OAU was made or now known as the AU the most complete version of the bible is the Ethiopian orthodox bible I can go on if you want but smash the like button or just ask for more
