Why is there a wet spot under middle of tank after your flush? Should you have used more silicone, or a better silicone?

At 1:35 on clock, about 4-inches left of the tornado, sure looks like an extra 3/16 hole drilled into black tank about 1/2-way up????????? NOT good????

I used that clear hose that came with it, and the plastic/rubber blew off of the metal fitting.

Typically, people will install this holding tank rinser if they are having frequent issues with the materials in the tank caking up on the walls or bottom of the tank. We have other styles of tank rinsers in the following link to our website. www.etrailer.com/dept-pg-RV_Treatments-pt-Tank_Rinsers.aspx
