First things first: the steak. You want a cut that’s both tender and flavourful. We’re using Boneless Beef Short Ribs that are packed with good fat content, making the steak juicy and flavorful, and it’s also hard to overcook - perfect for beginners.
For a vibrant and well-rounded plate, we’re serving ours with a side of roasted potatoes and tomatoes, sunny-side up, and perfectly sliced avocados.

4 Russet Potatoes , Cubed
Olive oil (for coating)
