Tortillita de camarones, or shrimp fritters in English, is a popular Spanish tapa made of tiny shrimp, onion, garlic, water, salt, parsley and flour. The end result is a light, salty fritter-the perfect seaside snack. However, according to José, this is one of the hardest tapas to make.
