STOP locking-off as you pull on.
Some will do an eccentric and go to straight arms (waste of energy) and others will stay locked-off and only have marginal pulling power to give after they pull on. They not only waste energy, but also have a 1/4 pull left to offer, also initiating the move with their arms and not their legs!
