Green seasoning is made of : garlic, thyme, cilantro, oregano, ginger, green onion, mini sweet peppers, and onion. if you dont want to make a whole batch simply chop up some of these ingredients and add it
Ingredients
2 lb oxtail or large cut fatty beef
1 1/2 cups basmati rice
2 tsp oxtail seasoning ( low sodium, Caribbean rhythms)
1/2 tbsp oxtail seasoning (Grace)
1 tsp curry powder
1 tbsp maggie seasoning
1/2 cup dry red wine
1/2 large onion
3 tbsp green seasoning
5 cloves garlic
1 in cinnamon stick
5 allspice berries
bay leaf
water
carrot
winter squash
1 tsp complete seasoning
salt/ pepper to taste
1 cup coconut milk
scotch bonnet or habenero
thyme
Note: Don't add way too much water to the oxtails, you want to be able to use all the broth to make the rice. I know i needed 3 cups of liquid to make the rice, so i wanted 2 cups of broth (the rest come from coconut milk) If you want more rice then add more water, but also increase the spices. Just don't over do it so that you have a tons of broth left. If you have way too much broth, use that liquid to cook the squash and carrot.
