Forgot to mention about keto: it was originally formulated in the 1920s as a potential treatment for children with epilepsy. It actually did show some efficacy, but as more research on anticonvulsant medications was being done, keto fell out of favor. One sample meal plan for a five year old boy with epilepsy during this time period consisted of needing to drink heavy whipping cream with all three meals of his day as the "fat bombs" we call them in modern-day discussions on ketogenic diets. Source: I am currently in the process of being diagnosed with some sort of seizure disorder and was/am considering keto in the meantime to help control my seizures, but it gets real expensive real quick to maintain "clean keto" for medical purposes when you make

Your increase for meat goes up but if you eat higher fat and moderate protein, the meals you consume will go down. I eat one to two meals a day with one being most often. Fat and protein satiate you. Vegetables add fiber which your body has no way to break down. In comparison, your body has FOUR systems to break down fat. We were made to eat meat and saturated fats. Vegetables, sicken us. They add filler and the "nutrition" that we take away from them is minor in comparison to what we get from meat. Research it.

@Moralatheist101

Why would your heart explode? It's been shown that the sugar companies paid off the Harvard researchers to say that cholesterol was to blame for an increased chance in having a heart attack. They lied. Fat does not make you fat. Saturated fat is not bad for you. Carbs and sugars are the real culprits and your heart is more likely to explode eating those things. We were made to only consume meat with all its saturated fat goodness. Period.

In between means, and before lunch, I eat small, healthy snacks to keep me awake and not completely starving, like a cheese stick, apple, etc... For lunch Ill have greens, fruits, lean meats, etc... and dinner will be more fatty foods, but in smaller quantities.

@fanaticofmetal

Considering incorporating breakfast and making it the most nutritious meal of the day, it's essential for energy throughout the day and helping metabolism work (since you would eat a lot of nutrients, your metabolism works a lot. By lunch, you'll have digested pretty much anything you had at breakfast). I recommend eating for breakfast: - at least 1 fruit (apples and bananas are highly nutrient) - nuts and seeds (almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, cashews, pumpkin seeds, flaxseeds, hemp seeds etc) - Milk (preferably non-dairy milk like soy milk, it's higher in nutrients and lower on bad fats and cholesterol. Also great if you have dairy allergies, because soy doesn't have lactose) - Breakfast cereal (If you have celiac disease however, do NOT eat cereal) This is a wide range of nutrients which will carry you throughout the day
@Corpsepct

@@fanaticofmetal Wow thanks! I do have breakfast sometimes. Usually 1-2 times a week. It really depends on what time I get up. Sometimes my lunch is my breakfast, and my dinner is my lunch. But I dont eat in the middle of the night to make up for a lost meal.

No wonder you have to eat to stay awake: your diet is lacking fat. Do you realize that your body has ZERO systems to digest fiber, but it has FOUR systems to digest fat. I eat between 1 to 2 meals a day too. I don't snack to stay awake. I don't snack at all. I eat meat. Lots of beef and chicken wings and eggs. I eat butter. An aspect I love about Mediterranean diet is the consumption of legumes, which every time I eat, give me good energy without feeling heavy. And scientifically, lentils are just as good as quinoa and other modern cereals. I always try to eat the Mediterranean diet, mostly doing it locally sourced.
