He had them till tore his meniscus in 2000. Dude was athletic as all hell. Spent the rest of his career with a knee brace managing the load he was putting on that leg, though tbh, robbing some of his athleticism and making him jump less probably made his career longer. The biggest key to a long NBA career without injuries is honestly to jump less - Jokic will stay in the NBA for a long time

The Answer changed the way kids like me played the game of basketball. We started going for hard "bait" crossovers, hanging the ball out there until that moment the defender gets on his heels, then jamming it to the other hand and flying by him. That move crossing up Jordan... everybody in the building, and at home tuned in, knew about the build up to that game. MJ's the g.o.a.t., AI's the new hotness, the young phenom... I still remember how much that matchup was talked about... Watch it again, everyone on the court except for the big men down low stopped to watch what Iverson / Jordan would do. It was that big a deal, and Iverson proved he wasn't all hype. After he had Mike going the wrong way on that play, they started calling "carrying" on his hard cross. If you watch how he does it, his hand never dips below the ball, his shoulder moves make it look that way. lol come in the league, cross up it's best player, they immediately find something wrong with how you play lmao

What I learned... 1. Giannis looked like Gumby from Year 1. He's now a muscular Gumby. 2. James Harden looked for fouls from Year 1. Right after the dunk he holds up 3 fingers like, "And 1?" 3. Tim Duncan banked everything...even dunks. 4. DRose is this generation's Grant Hill...we got robbed as fans due to injuries. 5. Dame had game winners from Year 1. 6. Vince had the dunks from Year 1. 7. Carmelo Anthony is this generation's Alex English. In 20 years, we'll need to be reminded he was good. 8. Wade mastered the stylish fall down/roll into a sitting like a badass as a rookie. 9. Jokic had jokes from Year 1. Just clowning people. (Side Note: Kenneth Faried's career died as soon as big men were required to have range.) 10. Steph had the tricks from Year 1. 11. Year 1 LeBron looks like a skinnier Year 17 LeBron. Hairline was receding even in Year 1.

Basketball is such an unexciting sport. Once you have seen one crazy dunk you've seen em all. Just going back and forth, taking turns running up and down the court putting the ball through the hoop. Excitement level out of ten......1.5/10. Playoff basketball Excitement level.....3/10. Let's talk about exciting sports. Hockey is BY FAR the most exciting and intense game there is. Hockey's 🏒 Excitement level.....9/10. Playoff hockey's Excitement level.....100/10, game 7 OT excitement level 1,000,000/10. Now I'm not a fan of football but I could see how that could be exciting at times. Football excitement level.....4/10. Playoff Football excitement level..... 7.5/10. Now for all the Europeans and South Muricans and their SOCCER ⚽️....excitement level 2/10. Playoffs SOCCER excitement level.....3/10. I remember watching a game of soccer once and I almost saw a goal scored but not quite. That was definitely the most exciting part. That ball just missing the net. Ultimately in ended in a 0 - 0 tie.
