I have social anxiety & get panic attacks in busy places. I'm quite introverted. I think your idea of doing some street photography is an excellent idea. May have to try it myself as a form of therapy,

Go for it man! I find confidence comes from the old "fake it till you make it" ! If I present to be confident and a pro photographer. Slowly you turn in to one. I felt so awkward taking photos in the street of people walking . Now I'm a wedding photographer 👌👌 your photos looked great. You've inspired me to get some of mine printed instead of just living on Instagram

Pleased to hear you're getting out John and pushing your self out your comfort zone. Is it just the winter you feel like this? Love the photos you've taken. I suffer from depression and anxiety issues and a technique my therapist gave, which really helps called 5 scenes. You start by focusing on 5 things you can see, name these things in your head. Then 5 things you can hear. Again name these things. 5 things you can smell, 5 things you can taste, 5 things you can feel. Then one of each 5. By doing this, your mind is being distracted, and you're not focusing on the cause of your anxiety. Usually, for me, as I've been doing it for a while, I only need to continue to the 3rd level. Hope this might help.
