Seriously wonderful! Love the full body aspect, love that you give periodic resting poses, love that you recognize neck fatigue, love the ability to do modified poses - all of it. Also love the graphics with the counting and preparing for the next section,.Truly top rate,

Hi Robyn! Thank you for doing this for us. This is just the kind of Pilates I needed this morning. It was calm and soothing. Somedays I need more intense Pilates, but today, I needed something more gentle and reflective, and this was perfect. You are a very good instructor!! Thank you, again!! :-)

nice workout, this is definitely for beginners. If you're looking for a more intermediate workout I would keep looking! but this is a great start.

Thank you offering this full body workout Robyn! The way that you describe the exercises, while keeping the Pilates principles in mind, significantly improves the safety and integrity of doing the exercises. (Hopefully my body is following the cues.) The videos are so professionally done with the modification bubbles and transitions!
