Cooking recipe and ingredients:
400 ml of warm milk.
1 tablespoon of sugar.
8 g of dry yeast.
Mix well.
Cover with a towel and leave for 5 minutes to activate the yeast.
Mix.
Protein from 2 eggs.
Mix well.
Sift 600 g of flour (all-purpose flour) through a sieve.
1 teaspoon of salt.
Mix with a spatula.
Sift another 150 g of flour (all-purpose flour).
Mix with your hands.
60 g of butter at room temperature.
Mix well.
Knead the dough until smooth and form 1 large ball.
Place in a greased bowl.
Cover with food-grade film.
Cover with a towel and set aside in a warm place for 1 hour.
Airy as a cloud.
Knead the dough and form a ball.
Divide into 12 parts.
Roll each piece into a ball.
Add 5 g of butter to each.
Roll out the dough with your hands.
Put them on top of each other.
Cover with a food film and a towel and set aside for 20 minutes.
60 ml of oil for frying.
3 onions.
Fry the onion until soft over medium heat.
1 teaspoon of salt.
1/3 teaspoon ground red pepper.
1/2 teaspoon of paprika.
Fry for 2-3 minutes over medium heat.
Roll out the dough with your hands.
Add the filling.
Add hard cheese grated on a coarse grater.
Roll up.
Make cuts.
Roll up.
Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Cover with a towel and leave for 20 minutes.
2 yolks add 3 teaspoons of milk.
Mix well.
Brush the surface with the egg mixture.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for 30-35 minutes.
Excellent!
