Ingredients:
200 g red lentils
250 ml coconut milk
500 ml water
2 potatoes
1 carrot
1 spring onion
1 tsp massaman (more if you like it spicier)
1 tsp salt
butter for frying
Cook for approx. 15 minutes (depending on the size of the vegetables)
