Today I'm cooking my favorite cabbage dish for you. Everyone who tried it tasted this dish very good. An easy-to-prepare ground beef and vegetable casserole is a must for dinner. Nobody will remain indifferent!
📋 Ingredients and preparation
400-450 grams (1 lb) of cabbage
450 grams (1 lb) of ground beef
200 grams (1 cup) of pureed tomatoes
200 grams (1/2 lb) cooked rice
100 grams (3 oz) cheese
2 cloves of garlic
1 onion
100 ml (1/2 cup) water
Salt pepper
1. Cut half of the cabbage into thin slices.
2. Put in a bowl, squeeze with your hands so the cabbage can soak in the juice (you can add salt).
3. Place in a pan and simmer on low power for 10 minutes until translucent.
4. Finely chop the garlic and onions.
5. First fry the garlic and then the onion in vegetable oil.
6. Put the chopped onion with garlic in it and cook for 7-8 minutes.
7. Add tomatoes, salt, add water (when the minced meat is dry).
8. Add the chopped cooked rice.
9. Rub the cheese.
10. Grease the mold with vegetable oil.
11. Divide the cabbage into three parts.
12. Put a part of the cabbage in the pan.
13. Place half of the minced meat on top of the cabbage.
14. Pepper and sprinkle lightly with cheese.
15. Cover the second third of the cabbage.
16. Lay out the other half of the minced meat, pepper and sprinkle lightly with cheese.
17. Cover the casserole with the remaining part of the cabbage.
18. Cover with foil and bake in the oven at 180 ° C (350 ° F) for 30 minutes.
19. Sprinkle the lasagna with cheese and bake on a 180 ° C (350 ° F) top heat for an additional 10 minutes.
