Patients are SO lucky to have someone like you around. After 24 years, I was in there for 3 months, while being pregnant, I still remember two nurses. They were an amazing support, although at the time nothing really helped. Their care, words and presence DID help. I wasn't able to really let it all in at that time, but here, being here now, healthy and happy (and sometimes unhappy, that's life) I STILL remember their names, what they looked like, the things they said that helped me. So Soo happy you are doing the work you're doing. You have NO IDEA the impact you have on so many people in there. xxxxxxx

Hi there amazing woman, I was, as a patient, in a mental hospital, 24 years ago. Another patient, I'll never forget her, Gerda, got Electric Shock Therapy. It helped her soo much. She said it would do damage to her memory, that the doctors had told her she might forget all about the time she got the therapy, about the time she was in the hospital. A few years later I saw her in my hometown, where she didn't live, she was visiting, the mental hospital was there too. I said'hi how are you?' She didnt recognize me. I said: we met in the mental place. You had the electric shock therapy. She said, I know i had the therapy, it worked so well, never had a depression anymore, love life. But I don't remember ANYTHING about my depressions or the time in that hospital. How great is that! Please tell this to the man who got the shocks today. Send him my love and give him my strength ( i was diagnosed bipolar in 2000, had lithium for six years, then stopped, i totally know how to navigate my emotional landscape and ups and downs, i love my life and i am very creative!). Thanks for your video today! love from Scotland, Annemarie

Everything that exists is all one thing. Nothing is separate from everything else. We are the universe observing itself and what each of us observes is the only reality we know and choose to believe in and yet none of it is real. We can't observe all that there is, we can only observe what we are able to with our limited senses and ability to process. Things appear separate to us because we create in our minds a picture of what we perceive as reality when we observe our surroundings. There is no I, there is no we, there is no chair, there is no air, there is no emptiness, no space, no trees, no sky. There is no separation. There is no rigid structure. There is nothing solid. There is only attraction and repulsion within the vastness Permanence is an illusion. In all its vastness it is ever transient, always changing yet remaining the same oneness eternally. ❤ U my sister Kindly let me know when they commit you. I will happily join you in there so we can spend the afternoons observing and laughing together about our significant insignificance 😊

Everything is already home, every story already freedom! Embrace the seamless beauty of emptiness and let go of the illusion of separation. Such profound insights into the nature of existence!

Hey Dearest Julia, Thank you so much for sharing the video. Whatever you share is absolutely resonating and none of it can be understood at all. While in separation to understand " The seamlessness, no beginning no end , no here and no when , no distance already freedom. Just to appear as anything and nothing appears. Godddd so confusing and totally resonating.😂😄😍😍👍👌👌🙏🙏🙏🙏 Love what you share and also when you say nothing is happening and yet the human emotions of compassion for the patients. Vowwww ! What a mystery this energy is ? And none to know😂😂 lots of love to you❤❤❤❤❤

ECT sounds horrible. Did they try using ketogenic diet? It helps with epilepsy and bipolar and schizophrenia. Seripusly. Look it up.

It is horrible! However, where I work, we only handle very severe cases and delusional patients. There's other clinics, which focus on yoga, exercises, diet etc. Many patients only go there, and not to us. But our patients are unfortunately way too sick to accept that kind of change. It can be between ECT or suicide/severe permanent damage, due to psychotic symtoms. ❤️

The most horrible thing with ECT is that in Sweden they can do it "legally" against the person's own will.

Julia I believe the reason we feel like we don’t exist is because of trauma… look it up. Jesus Christ can save us
