If there's two things I loved as a lad, it was computers and Weird Al Yankovich, and maybe that's an apt metaphor for my personality. I've always been a 50/50 mix of extrovert and introvert. I can be equally comfortable sitting in a corner for hours writing code or standing on a stage screaming into a rubber chicken. I like logic and process, and I also like humor and chaos.
Those are traits that I've brought forward with me on my career journey. And it has helped me in my time working helpdesk, consulting on cloud, and now creating educational content for technical people like you.
I originally gave this presentation as part of HashiTalks 2024, and I thought I'd post it here as well. Share and enjoy!
