This is the most important video ANYONE thinking they want a guardian breed to watch! Thank you! Every time someone tells me they want a CC, I go through a quick presentation for why it is essential for people to understand the pros and cons about these powerful breeds.

I have had several different breeds of dogs but my cane corso is the sweetest most loveable dog I have ever had. Her name is Dakota and she is 18 months old and I adore her.

Always credit the Corey family for my boy. One day I saw Bruce Wayne and the love affair started. I was captivated and couldn’t stop watching video after video. I researched for a breeder just like Jason said, found my heart and soul dog. Training is nonstop. Always making sure we are a unit together. It’s hard to realize Grimm will be 4 this year. Yes, everything is more expensive but worth every cent. I wish they could live forever. Thank you Jason and Kara. I continue to learn so much from your family.

I LOVE Cane Corsos, they are not the right breed for my family because we cannot devote the time that they deserve, and also I have younger kids, but I do love these dogs so much, so I really enjoy your videos. I love Bruce Wayne and Justice! You are so correct, it is such a heartbreaking thing that dogs, especially the giant breeds, don't live longer.

And if you're a hunter or fisher, get a hunting breed like a lab or pointer! So you don't HAVE to give up all the things you love 🙃 though, I think these guys works still love those activities 🫠

Didn't expect mine to protect at 5 mo,not that I trained her to do it ,She was in full control..She free roamed at 6mo ,as she refused to be crated ,or a shut room.We are in a small space, she knows back, move etc. We spend lots of time playing and doing drills. She's not big on barking ,but has a growling that sounds like a lion, thats when I'm alert.

I have a Catahoula leopard dog and a Treeing Walker on my farm, both very independant prone to making decisions on their own. They are much smaller than corsos Red about 70 lbs treeing walker,😮 Minnie about 65 lbs Catahoula They run the farm at will and are quite capable of dealing with varmints.

Hey Jason. How often and how long do you and Kara leave Bruce and JJ alone at home? If you have to leave them for a longer period of time than typical, do you ever crate them? Also, any tips on avoiding injury when playing outside? Cheers....Eric in Dallas.

Hello, Jason very evident how much you love and care for the duo and are in control of there behaviour, I wanted to know if they get tired easily when running or brisk walking due to shorter snout ( brachycephalic ), do they experience shortness of breath in general and compared to to GSD or Dobies . Thanks

How are they on a leash walk when they come across another large breed ? I have two dogs and they are fine at dog parks and when on a leash around smaller dogs but come across a large dog they bark and growl .

A huge percentage of American dog owners do not do a good job meeting their dogs needs, particularly leadership, clarity and mental stimulation plus they don’t spend enough time with them many don’t even walk them. Most get away with this because they have small dogs that can’t kill anybody. That doesn’t make it alright these small dogs suffer also. All dogs have a lot of the same needs and it’s not just excitement and affection.
