See for the first song, the only band that can rap and sing then come in with heavy shit, is Hollywood Undead, if you don't like the band there is probably at least one song you'll end up liking. Personally I like their new song "Empire".... But it was ruined when someone said Danny sounded he was saying "I am pie" instead of "My empire"

From a technical perspective, he isn't untalented. He knows how to scream, he knows how to play the instruments, his singing is, well, it's technically singing. But he just never gave himself the chance to develop a style, or progress as a writer. When he was doing the scenecore thing, of course it was sloppy, he was a teenager like everyone else making that music. However, unlike contemporaries like Caleb Shomo or Johnny Franck, who developed their own sounds, worked to perfect them, and are now (especially Johnny) creating some very interesting and creative music. Sin hopped on trends, and as a result, never figured any of them out, as he hopped from scenecore, to techy djent stuff, to trap. His best songs are the ones that took something from his roots and progressed with them, like the 2015 song (which wasn't great, but was one of the best songs he'd done, and was a sound he was good with and could have continued to refine).

You know I’m always gonna remember Etienne Sin. I remembered he’s the one that showed me how to scream with his “Scream School” stuff back in the day. Say what you want but that dude could scream. Another thing I’ll remember from his KZitem is his studio diary stuff. Man that was great seeing all the production and recording process. It inspired me to become and producer and engineer. Yes his music is cringy and barely considered good but man this dude had talent for doing everything by himself inside the box. Etienne Sin I will always appreciate your music \m/

It seems to me that this is the very common and tragic story of a strong vocalist with no songwriting talent. If he had realized that someone else should write for him, or had put effort into writing new and original things he could've gone far. Honestly. I think the worst part. Is that he actually has talent, for as cringe as he is. And its just being completely fucking wasted. First thing he should do is hire a ghostwriter, and number two, pick a lane. Then again, he could easily just be doing it for the memes, but I honestly dont think so, nobody would spend this much time on shit just to make memes out of their craft. Again, the talent is there, but obviously nobody he cares about has the balls to tell him the truth. Like if he went straight metal, with somebody else doing the cleans, and writing the songs........ I think we'd be onto something here.
