Nice lot of surplus equipment there. I don't know what the resale market is like in your area, but if it was me (having more time) I would have diagnosed each unit and made as many fully working units as possible. That would then result in a higher overall value. 8GB DDR3 sticks are decent, 4GB DDR3 sticks are OK as well. 64GB mSATA SSDs are a little low but the 120GB 2.5in SSD was nice to find, and I'd have happily re-purposed that in a PC to sell on. The other modules you ignored were the wireless cards - again, worth something (especially if they are at least 802.11n and with Bluetooth).

That's a wireless card, hard drive would have been in the other MSATA/mini-pcie slot that is missing. Shame if they're mostly missing, MSATA SSD's in pretty high demand with not many new ones being made for that interface. Pre 2015 laptops use it, was replaced by M.2 so still a lot of machines in use that need MSATA drives. To improve sale value plug into a laptop with that interface and check the S.M.A.R.T info - each drive will report how much expected life is left, useful if you're selling them.

Get a cheap adapter so you can wipe them then sell in small lots on places like eBay or wherever. As for the socketed cpus some are still worth a good bit depending on the model especially the i7s as they still sell for ok money on eBay like $40 US for the low end ones while the rest can range anywhere up to $200 or more for an extreme edition. As for the laptops they are always worth more than the metals hands down even if it is only to salvage the screens and other parts as some are not easy to source anymore for some models especially high end machines like Alienware.
