Great video Luke one sin I would’ve liked you to cover is where Snake says “Nothing hurts as much than the one guy, the ONE guy that I could trust, stab me in the back!” and Jeremy responds with, “That is your front” due to Snake gesturing at his heart. It’s telling me that CinemaSins took the most UNIVERSALLY FIGURATIVE PHRASE EVER, at face-value. For f*ck’s sake!

One sin that I wish you covered was when Jeremy questions why the audience is supposed to forgive the Bad Guys after all the crimes they’ve committed, it's because as Mr. Wolf said, “Do I wish people didn’t see us as monsters? Yes, yes I do, but these are the cards we've been dealt, so we might as well play them.” meaning that if people were scared of them, then they would scare them… by committing crimes.

Thank you for covering this video from Jeremy. I haven’t wanted to drop kick a video so much in awhile. Not only is The Bad Guys getting rung through one of Jeremy’s videos, but the video he made sucks and so do his sins for it.

when I saw the trailers for this movie I knew professor marmalade was gonna be the villain without anything tipping me to that point. And even when I saw it still wasn’t a surprise. other than that nice review

You missed where Jeremy pointed out that they should give Marmalade everything he wants. And then when Marmalade asks to try and reform the bad guys he acts incredulous as to why they would give Marmalade everything he wants.

Maybe it’s just me, but every time Jeremy calls being a reporter or newspaper writer obsolete, a part of me wants him to get slapped for such bs in part because I did study journalism and have worked on a newspaper. So, to sum up, reporters and newspapers writers aren’t obsolete.

Just stumbled upon your channel, and i must say, great job man! One extra sin I would've liked you to cover is at the end where Jeremy says "Movie doesn't realize that even though Marmalade was a criminal, him being locked up for a crime he didn't commit is still a miscarriage of justice". That's called KARMA my dude, he literally did the exact same thing with The Bad Guys earlier in the film, framing them for stealing the meteorite. If it weren't for Diane, they probably would've been sentenced to life in jail for a crime they didn't commit (and didn't even want to commit, they only had eyes for the Golden Dolphin and Wolf didn't even want to steal it anymore), just like Marmalade in the end. Whether it was fair or not, he absolutely deserved it, and the movie executed that perfectly. I can't believe he even had the GUTS to say that "The movie didn't realize it".

But also Diane should still get arrested. She was still a criminal. Not continuing committing crimes doesn't excuse all the ones you did
@corvetaumbr2410

@@cacklebabygg6156 Yes, you are indeed correct. But as the movie also shows, she was going to surrender herself and confess her past before becoming governor, before Wolf intervened and surrendered himself instead to keep her past as a secret and save her carrer and reputation. My guess is the movie also tried to show a message that some criminal actions can be "forgiven", since she likely returned all the stuff that she had stolen like Wolf did too. Did she deserve to get arrested because of all the stealing crimes she commited? Yes, but i also don't see much of a problem with her remaining free, kind of an unofficial and indirect pardon.

Hey Luke, I hope you're doing well. I miss talking to you. One of my favorite scenes in this movie is when Mr. Shark dressed up as a woman and poured the margarita on the floor pretending he's having a baby. It made me laugh. Anyways, I hope you have a good day. I'll find a new Magic School Bus episode that we'll script later.

I’ve been good, thanks. And yeah, I thought that part of the movie was pretty funny as well. I also thought the part where he says, “Oops, I forgot I’m not pregnant” when leaving was pretty funny as well. And also, while we definitely have our options on Farris Teska’s channel, I also saw that the comment section for Spins a Web on Victor’s Nelvana Shows is still open, so maybe we could do that one.

Nice job delivering this one, dude. I felt like some other sins could've been covered, but I know you're somewhere in the middle of Jay Exci and Th3Birdman in how deep of a dive you go into these videos. One thing I wonder though is how come you didn't end with the usual transition before going to the sentencing screen? There's normally a bit of black for a quick moment between the last sin and the sentencing screen, so what convinced you to change that?
@LukeDougherty1003
Жыл бұрын
That wasn’t intentional. Usually after I add the images onto iMovie, I change the transitions from “fade” to “none” (there have been a few instances where I miss one, but that usually doesn’t happen). And since I do that for all the images, I usually do make sure to have the transitions be “fade to black” for the beginning and end of the videos, so I must’ve just forgotten to change that one (and there also was an instance where I forgot make that the transition for the intro of the re-upload of the EWW CinemaSins: Sonic the Hedgehog video). But I’m glad you enjoyed the video nevertheless.
