The way i understood it, Eren Kruger didn't know it was leading to Eren destroying the world. He didn't even know who Eren was. As far as Grisha goes, i saw it as he didn't support Eren, he even told Zeke to stop him. but when young Eren tells Grisha that Carla got eaten, in anger, he fulfils his duty and tells Eren to avenge his mother and passes on the titan. So Grisha was ultimately against the plan too. Again, from how interpreted it. It also makes sense to me that Armin would shoulder blame. Sure he showed him the book and kind of planted the idea of an empty unoccupied world beyond the walls in his head, but he also acts as an instigator radicalizing Eren through out the show. Throughout the first 3 seasons he is always pushing Eren to put aside his humanity to win the battle. It was clear to me after the initial shock of Eren telling Mikasa he hated her, and beating up Armin, that he was pushing them away and lying. Through the flash backs in season 4, it reinforces that idea and the final episode just confirms it. I enjoyed the reaction, even if i don't agree with the takes you all had.

alot of your hatred for the ending is valid, but their is times such as you getting mad at armin for being sad at erens death that show that you just want one dimensional characters with a single motivation.

All of their hatred is valid ......ending was trash ......isayama destroyed what could have been the greatest anime rivaling the likes of fmab, death note, steins gate, code geass, etc........but instead we are left with a s!mp who is crying because he didn't get to smash his step-sis 😂😂

Attack on Titan's ending is universally loved, and is considered as the "greatest ending in fiction, and in recent television" that even IGN, and millions of the audience have stated so. What are y'all on about? Y'all really need to understand the core theme of this masterpiece because y'all HEAVILY misunderstood it, truly.

1) no its not, its extreamly split to the point where the author had to APOLOGIES for it being ass 2) AoT ending is not better than Full Metal Alchemist 3) who tf gives a fuck about IGN 4) you clearly didnt watch a second of our video because we extensively broke down the ending and the core themes of the show

@@imMuzzyy It was the vocal minority who got in an uproar online. Were making death threats to either him or others and mocking Isayama tht he had to be forced to apologize. Even in some of the interviews over the years, he even admitted being uneasy on making people disappointed or looking down on him. Lacked self confidence and why we had so many changes through the anime adaption over the years. Also the irony tht the manga readers were getting ready to revel in anime onlys incoming "universal hate" for the ending.........and it barely made a blip after it released. Most of the hate on tht day and after were from ppl who read the manga or were influenced by said manga readers. Ending in general was well liked from "It was ok" to "Masterpiece"
