As a new realtor (5 months) who moved to in a new state with zero S.O.I its paralyzing to me to outbound prospect. Ive been trying social media but its so depressing knowing what I need to do but not knowing how and having zero confidence to accomplish it.

You are watching these videos. You know exactly what to do. You just need to find the courage to do it.

It only gets easier if you do it. I'll tell you something which most won't. You're going to suck when you first start. Everyone does until they don't anymore. Some people are going to be grumpy, some are going to be nice. That's unfortunately the name of the game. If you don't like cold calling then door knock. If you don't door knock prepare to spend a lot on marketing before getting any business. I didn't do any outbound prospecting the first year and didn't get anywhere. I reached out last month to people and now have a buyer getting with a lender to figure out their budget. Got to start somewhere

I’m right there with you. How long have you been doing RE? I’ve been licensed 4.5 months. 1 listing so far. Really struggling with making the calls.

I am working on my real estate license in Arizona, Would it be better for me to finish it first before getting a coach or should I consult with one now?

Brandon, What’s your success rate with the agents you coach? I love the testimonies, but how many agents of yours are still battling in their mind? how are “new” agents affording the training? I had a call with your team a year ago, I’m still watching content. Side question: can you make content of actual contractual stuff? Getting an offer accepted, contracts, inspections, escrow, closing? Thanks Brandon, love your stuff!

Good question…I get the feeling if I said no, even if by working together you’d be able to reach your highest potential in this business you’re going to tell me you’re not interested in having a conversation unless it’s one on one, right? 😉
