If you want to be able to sort, subtotal, or filter a list in Excel you need key data to be repeated on every line. Combining a few Excel tricks makes this an easy process.
1 - Use Go To - Special - Blanks to select the blank cells
2- Create a formula pointing to the cell above and use Ctrl+Enter to enter it into all of the selected blank cells.
3 - User Paste Special - Values to convert those formulas to their result.
