A very good recipe of buns - buns are always soft, fluffy and very flavorful. You can eat them with butter, tea, coffee or just with cold milk.
They are prepared very simply.
Products: (products must not be cold)
The LEAVENED DOUGH
warm milk 100 ml
warm water 100 ml
fresh yeast 30 gr. (or 10 oz. dry yeast)
flour 120 gr. (a little less than a Cup)
The DOUGH
leavened dough
warm water 100 ml.
sugar 180 gr.
salt 2 tsp.
vanilla sugar 1 tsp
2 eggs
flour 630 grams. (4.5 cups) flour need to pour carefully, the dough should be very soft but should not stick to hands
margarine or butter 100 gr.
1 Cup=250ml.
