same here.. naturally bp low hai 60-90 mm/hg ki range me .. but iski wajah se daily life me koi problem nahi feel nahi hoti .. smajh nahi aata iske liye treatment lun ya na lun..

Hi everyone I hope you find my comment in the best of your health. Just wanted to share that I was also suffering from very low bp episodes almost in my daily routine no matter whatever I had to avoid it.. I tried several energy drinks and vitamins medicines as well but nothing benefits me much.. Then someone recommended me to have suji ka gur wala halwa in breakfast.. I also add some almonds and dried coconut in it..And trust me it really helped me beyond my expectations .. After that my bp started remaining much more controlled than before.. So you can also try this.. I hope it benefits you as well ❤

Low bp young adults (due to inactivity, stressfuk thoughts and poor diet). 1. Mulethi tea Buy liquorice in powdered form, boil it in water 10-15min. Cool slightly, filter and consume Daily 2. Tulsi leaves: chew 4-5 frest leaves or drink spoonful of tulsi extract first thing in morning daily 3. Increase foilate take: Leafy green Vegetables- brocolis, spinach, tomatoes, brussel sprouts, peas Citrus fruits: oranges, lemons Fruits: banana, lemons 4. Increase salt intake: Sea salt/himalayan pink salt Add on cooking meals, sprinkle salts on salad. Not too much as it is dangerous, be mindful - also have salty snack chips - maybe take lemon juice with salt or little honey 5. Skip long hot showers. Do lukewarm short showers with stool for supporr 6. 8-10 glasses of water daily, slowly not hastily 7. Dont sit up stand up abruptly (more important than you think) 8. Spend time in nature (every morning). Physical activity: Walking in nature Do yoga, asanas, pranayama (Half to one hour on a hobby) 9. Inactive Sluggish mind cause low BP. Mind must be engaged. Learn something everyday, maybe podcast, read good literature, write what you learnt. Follow all these simple actives. Maintain active early morning routine to stay energized and avoid low bp.

I've low blood pressure issue. Even now I'm watching while sleeping. I'm feeling weak since morning. It's evening now but still my hands and legs are shaking. Feeling dizziness, blurry vision. I can't even walk because of dizziness. Feels like all my energies are draining out.

I don't have too low bp. 105/84 . pulse 83.. after I take some water with pink salt , it goes to 124/83. pulse 76. I"m a senior who eats 2 meals/day. Breakfast and late lunch. Usually I have a large 2nd meal of wfpb. I may also have a deficiency of zinc.

Bt its often said dt one should nvr evr Chew tulsi leaves. We should consume it with other method Bt dt should nt be chewed at all ....Coz they contain mercury also which is V harmful for teeth ( if we directly chew d leaves ) I may be wrong bt PLZ clear my doubt Respected ma'am 🙏

I am very active, out daily hour and a half eat very healthy food and figure out why my blood pressure is low all the time I’ve been seeing my cardiologist more than two years walk out side in the nature one hour walk with free on the grass for 15 minutes walk on sand for 15 minutes and still it’s low blood pressure 86/66 and my body feels very weird. I don’t know how to explain that feelings. I don’t feel dizzy. I don’t feel tired, but it’s some thing my body is telling me it’s not right my doctor kind of figured that out. I have to live with this rest of my life

@@vedika6260 I found out that it is actually pretty healthy to have a low BP and that many of my family members have it and they are healthy and some are old. So i stopped worrying about it too much and consider it a strenght because I have salt in my food and that means, during pregnancy (which tends to higher your BP), it will be even better for me. I hope it reassurs you ?

I am a follower of Dr Menthana sathynarayana Raju who is practicing naturopathy at vijayawada AP, and I am heard that his blood pressure is at 90/60 for the last 30 years. He takes 5 litres of water a day. He has been working 16 hours a days without a minute health problem. Ma'am can you explain more, is there really low BP existing?

Namaste I am a renal patient and on dialysis. There are days when my BP is very low and I struggle to get going. My iron levels are also low and I need iron infusions. I also noted that when I chew on cloves I get very weak and light headed. I am 125kg and 58years old . Please help.
