I've been making pizza since Moby Dick was a sardine. My father opened up a pizzeria in Norwalk ,Connecticut in 1971 when I was born. It was a family affair and I was working there making pizza standing on a box when I was about five years old. Over the last 30 years, I've owned a handful of restaurants and pizzerias, and I know a thing or two about pizza. In fact, my blood type is Ragu! I retired from the pizzeria business recently, and now I'm going to start making "pizza reviews" and posting them on my KZitem channel here so please comment, share, like and subscribe to the channel and let's have some fun with pizza :-)
