If only Aboriginal people get to vote for the members it’s not fair because that will impact non-indigenous people because it’s in the name The Indigenous Voice to PARLIAMENT. How many people will make up the voice? Does each Lands Council get a representative? I’m Worimi and was raised on Biripi land. Do I get two votes? I learnt many Scots songs from my melodeon, mouthorgan and penny whistle playing uncle, who played by ear. I failed to find employment in Scotland, being told I was the wrong class of person and why don’t you go back to where you come from there are no jobs for you here. That was in the 1970s. I’ve recited Robert Burns in Australia and told, “It would have helped if we knew the language. I share this to say that I am who I am, and there are I am sure here in Australia who have the same experience. Whoever filmed this, has truly featured the reality of family life, in contrast to those of the political class who only wheel their spouse and children out such that they might be elected. Enough said.

A statement from the heart is only a statement from the heart. Whereas someone who touches the heart is someone special for all of us Australians. Best of blessings now so from my heart Jancinta, I hope all Australians will follow you to where they want you to lead them ❤️. 🇦🇺💯%

Great stuff. Also looking forward to seeing how this or something like this can and hopefully will be compressed right down so as to make it next to impossible to look away from as this campaign will need all the eyes on it that it can get.

Absolutely love Jacintas wisdom and perspective on the voice and on life . I was brought up with a Aboriginal mum and a white dad . It was instilled in me and my 14 other siblings that color of the skin has nothing to do with equality. We all have blood and bleed red. We are only human beings earthlings. The color of your skin is genetic and also a lot to do with climate . If you want equality give a voice to all or give it to none .Vote NO to vote yes is a vote for racism and division
