That's possible. It's also possible that she was in trouble, so she made it up to keep her job. However, the manager was close enough and was watching the interaction. (Note: Just fyi, the employee "did not" ask Mike for the selfie, but rather Mike freely offered it to him. And, it seems like the employee agreed to do the selfie in order to be friendly and polite). So, was she in distress? Notice the hotel Manager in the vest seems to order the security guard in the gray long sleeve shirt to walk over by Mike and the young lady to find out what's going on? And, after standing near Mike & the young lady, he returns to the farside of the bar in the upper left hand corner of the video and seems to discuss what was being said between Mike and the young lady. Then, the bar Manager, seems to send this security guard back to Mike and the young lady to investigate further. There are several ways this can be interpreted without audio, but I will say, there is nothing that should have caused Michael Irvin to be suspended. If everything the woman claimed was true (not saying I believe it), I believe the right move would have been for Marriot to tell Michael that he made her uncomfortable and not to approach her. Let him stay, unless he approaches her again. I don't understand why they would tell the NFL and ESPN and not tell him! Are you all now going to stand on your "KNOWING" that this was a setup or make further excuses? Keep in mind, she nor Marriott pressed any charges, went public or sued. NO ACTION was taken by the accuser or the hotel other than report, take a report and notify the NFL...per Marriott/NFL prearranged agreement (of course the defending attorney didn't disclose this info) . The NFL was the FIRST to view the video and THEY (only the NFL) took action against Mr. Irvin. Then Mr Irvin and his attorney came out with a pre-emptive PR campaign and labeled the manager as "Angry Manager", assigned motives to the accuser, interjected they may have be having a relationship, which could ruin both their lives (slander, defemation). The defending attorney (Not interested in his monetary gain) TOLD us what to see and why they were suing Marriott and accuser of 100 Million dollars rather than the NFL. so, we now wonder why victims don't actually report crimes much less a "REPORT" of inappropriate behavior !!

So here is my take on all this. I think the hotel is liable for initially reporting this as a sexual assault. That made people think he had done something to her in a hotel room. That was most definitely not the case. However, this is a he said, she said case and no one was close enough to hear what was said. Did Michael ask her about has she ever had a large black man inside her??? Who knows? What the video shows is Michael did repeatedly try to touch her and she forcefully kept pulling back and avoiding his touches. Then the fact that Michael slapped himself several times on camera afterwards looks like he was mad at himself for saying something stupid to her. The fact Michael has a previous sexual assault allegation in 2017 at that hotel in Florida where the woman alleges she was with Michael and another man and that they drugged her and assaulted her and then Michael blamed it on the other guy tells me Mike needs to make better decisions. Look at Keanu Reeves. He meets female fans all the time and in all the pictures he refuses to touch them. Again, this video shows no sexual assault but there may well have been sexual harassment. Either way, Marriott seriously messed up here with a false allegation.

It seems, in my opinion, that there was a preemptive approach by the female employee. What that specifically was, we don't know. Maybe just to meet Irvin, get a photo herself or possibly even catfish Irvin into something. The man/employee in the vest does appear visibly agitated at something regarding the female employee. What it honestly looks like to me is potential, mutual conversation along flirtation (female employee kicking her leg) between two adults. Marriot's characterization of the events is inaccurate, but I do feel Irvin most likely did make some sort of comment, either indirectly or not regarding the female employee. The slapping yourself in the face with the previous drinking is not something you normally do sober. To not explain that action during your press conference and addressing it is fairly evident something most likely was said by Irvin but not necessarily to the female. If it truly was, he said she said, why wasn't Irvin spoken to by hotel management or security to obtain statements from both parties. Possibly caught someone making false statements or provable lies. Would it have been handled the same way if a male employee made the same type of complaint against a female patron. Either way, it just shows the type of presumptive, publicity and money seeking society we live in nowadays. No offense Attorney Nick.

This was a great interview with one of the witnesses. Apparently the woman is lying about Michael. But for what reason? The clapping of the hands of the manager could have been a signal to her to approach Michael. It appears to be a plot to get rid of him on ESPN since the woman hasn’t filed a lawsuit against Michael. The video and this witness show clear evidence of his acquittal however since there’s no audio a video can be misinterpreted. Michael can still lose this case without audio. This is a corporate lynching of a black man. There’s absolutely no evidence even the video of guilt. This is apparent because of the reaction of Marriott, ESPN and NFL. Why did Irvin slap himself in the face three times? Was he castigating himself for falling into the same self inflicted trouble that he has so often experienced with his suggestive, chauvinistic behavior towards women in the past? Where was this man in relation to Irvin and the woman? I did not find it in the video. Was he in the area of Irvin while the woman was there? Irvin's agent mysteriously reached out to the witness and called him somehow having gotten his phone number. Something that was not asked. Did any money exchange hands for the witness's testimony in Irvin's favor? The witness then said he coincidentally spoke to Irvin on a plane and then Irvin abruptly got off of the plane. Why was Irvin on a plane if he'd told the woman that he'd be there all week, hinting that he'd be around? K, this guy is obviously team Michael, he didn't even know what they said because he was admiring Michael's physique.... very impartial, not a celebrity jock sniffer at all. I'm usually initially skeptical of claims, or at least I want to learn more about the case. In this case, none of what is in the video exonerates Michael. In fact, it corroborates her claims more than it does his. It is clear from the video Michael intercepts her and initiates the conversation. She was entering the bar first. Why would she enter the bar before Michael, then turn around and initiate a conversation with him? It is much more likely that Michael saw a name tag, realized she worked there and initiated the conversation as they were entering the bar. Which from the video is what appears to have happened. He then touches her arm multiple times, the second time he does this while laughing. He is clearly flirting with her at this point, making it even more likely that he initiated the conversation. To be clear, nobody should be kicked out of their hotel room for flirting with someone. But he is clearly flirting, which corroborates the account of the employee leading up to what was said. That is what this case really hinges on. If what she alleges is true then asking him to leave the hotel becomes more reasonable. When Michael is asked about what was said he is very vague, saying he doesn't remember what he said, but it wasn't what she claimed. Which is kind of a red flag. He then slaps himself on the video which matches up with the account of the male employee. Again, the audio is the most important piece, but everything in the video seems to be more in line with her version of events. Sorry fan boys.
