This is very helpful and informative but I would like to see more about what I CAN do. All of the routines I am seeing online involves doing something that you're NOT supposed to do!

I’m going to try this, I’m 26 weeks pregnant and my lower back started hurting yesterday, it’s hard to walk and I have so much to do and can’t get anything done 😭

Can't lie on your back to avoid bad blood flow to the fetus...but yet women end up laying on their backs to deliver? I'm confused anyone to help clarify?

Can I do pelvic bridge exercise and leg raises while lying down exercise during my first trimester? As I had been doing to strengthen core muscles as advised by doctor for weak bladder and incontinence.

I had 17 weeks miscarriage in my first pregnancy, and a missed miscarriage at 9 weeks.. this is my third pregnancy.. Did I have to do excercise or not? I will ask my doctor in my next appointment (*next month) ... I am having 85kg weight and taking aspirin 75 as per my doctor suggestion of last week appoinment..

I truly think listen to only your physicians advice- that isn’t a simple exercise or no correlation. Hope you are healthy!

+soso soso swimming in the ocean is the best exercise for pregnant women but a pool is ok they are risky though because they will hurt your body when pregnant and may hurt the unborn baby inside of you

+soso soso it is also safe when pregnant with multiples even triplets or more even octuplets . are you saying you are pregnant for the third time and looking for an exercise? because i am a guy but i know this is the greatest exercise for pregnant women

+Devin Campbell pregnant with my fourth. swimming sounds nice for someone who knows how to swim loooool. my doc told me to stay away even from walking.... so I try to do some workouts while sitting down

to stay away from swimming? swimming is the greatest exercise for pregnant women and you will be reducing the pains you will have while pregnant

i never believed the shit about sharks swimming close to shore where people are able to swim because sharks are supposd to be in deep parts of the ocean. there was a woman go gave birth in the deep ocean area next to dolphins and people say thats a horrible thing she did but she wanted to do it by dolphins and dolphins are one of the only creatures that can fight off a shark even great whites and they do like to investigate there prey before killing it unless feels threatened or if being attacked. i'm sure you wouldn't give birth in he ocean and ypu probably feel scared for people who do it but if you do like the idea do it near a whale they don't eat anything our size or as big as us they don't attack either

Hello friends My wife is pregnant for 1 month. 2 days back we decided not to carry baby... so she started doing jumping like jogging. After 20 jumps she was ok, she started to jump again after 1 hour, and this time after 20 more jumps she felt a pinching pain and lied down on floor. the same moment we decided not to abort the baby. Now she often feels the pain in belly, although it is lessar than the pain what she felt just after jumpings. I don’t know weather the baby is healthy, or what step should I take? Please advice.
