As SOON as I saw the knuckle push-ups, I was proud because I first learned how to do them when I did gymnastics in the early 2000’s and again in my time in the Army (2021) The squats and the kick strecthes I’ll have to incorporate because those were new to me. Thanks, NAT! 🙏🏼

I'm self taught on martial arts, And I've originally focused on one martial art till i decided to merge other moves from other fighting styles, because i know the martial art i focused on will not be effective in most situations, but all i got from other "serious martial artists" online was backlash and bullying, It made me loose my fire for a while till i decided to ignore them and get them mad on purpose.

For the push-ups, personally I say knuckle push-ups are medium difficulty but hard difficulty are finger push-ups, give it a go, ever since I started doing them I’ve been able to do more pushups and a lot quicker than everyone else at training. Edit: also I forgot to mention try do one legged squats, for me it helps me with my balance when I’m doing kicks such as spinning uro mowashi geri (spinning hook kick)

@@UmarDuncan nice, right now I can do push-ups on 6 fingers and can balance on 4 fingers. But I can’t do as many reps of regular push-ups as you, I only start counting when I can feel the pain, that’s an impressive amount of push-ups you can do. Keep up the good work

I quit karate,because my sensei said do the hard push up the problem is i train in a Rocky place and i'm still 11 years old at the time,so it hurt me until my hand bleed,my sensei don't care and just said "it's because you're weak,just come here more and it Will heal faster"

As someone who does martial arts and parkour, i can confirm that 20 knuckle pushups arent that hard. Personally, this is what i do in order. 50 knuckle pushups a day 250 slow squats a week 25 kicking squats a day(per leg) 25 jumping squats a day 1 min plank every day 1 min squat hold every day 1 min butterfly stretch every day 30 sec pigeon stretch every day (each leg in front) 15 1 legged squats every day(each leg) And every time i lose in a game i do 5 pushups and 5 squats.
