Thank you ma'am. Every month my periods come in a 30 day circle but this month is delayed in 6 days...I am too worried.... This exercise + (Ginger + ajwain+ turmeric) and also healthy dishes like oats is very helpful... Finally my periods came after 6 days. hi my girlies! if you’re watching this everything will be fine. i am almost 3 weeks late and i had scare even though i didn’t engage in any sexual activities in my entire being thinking that i might sat on a toilet that has that thing needed to reproduce. i’ve tried ginger tea, pineapple juice, i’ve also lessen my food intake because i’m obese and i did this exercise 3 times, this morning i prayed a lot and did this exercise, around 11:40am i felt a little cramps and voila, here my period comes!

I'm giving genuine feedback on this video...my periods got delayed for 13 days after doing this exercise I got periods after 1 day and before doing this exercise I ate jaggery, sesame ladoos,coconut water....but after doing this exercises I had suffered with lot s of thigh pains for 2days I can't even walk or sitt.. because of this situps and squats..the pain is horrible....

Honest feedback: I've had periods for 12 years but never were they late ever. This time I was late n was worried. I had heard about pcod and all that's why. I searched for this video and tried the exercises. I did these exercises 4 times yesterday. From morning till evening. Along with that I ate jaggery, turmeric and drank amla juice too. The next morning I got up and I was very much in pain die to exercising. But at 12 noon I felt as if I was cramping n then I immediately got my periods. So I can say that I got my periods in 24 hours after doing these exercises. Please, girls. Trust this. I was also doubtful but it had helped me.

Thank you for this exercise 😩🙌 you're a life saver I was stressed after I took emergency pill this month and my period wasn't coming after I did this exercise for 2 days the 3rd day my period started while I was doing this exercise I was scared to take pregnancy test I just decided to do this exercise coz I was 80% sure it was the effect of the pills that was delaying my period ❤❤

Girls, trust me this is real ! It works like a charm ! My period was delayed and did this in the evening and I got my period rushing the next morning... For on time periods, daily exercise helps a lot. It also calms down your cramps..

Works..❤❤ I was worried since my period was 2 days late.. I was overthinking alot and had got cramps since 4-5 days.. I had tried lot of home remedies but nothing worked.. then yesterday evening I worked out for 30 mins, then meditation had dinner then had ajwain water (boiled ajwain in water for 30 mins) then had that after 10 mins.. and then slept off.. listening to the subliminal music.. and then Today mrng there was no sign.. I did exercise again for 30 mins.. and now... It's here... Lot of stress can change your period cycles so.. keep calm and you are fine!!!❤❤ Don't stress

It worked like MAGIC, I have PCOD and mine are very irregular, sometimes it takes even 2-3 months for my periods to come, but I did this and I got it the next day!! If you do it properly and rigorously (same pace as her) it should definitely come

I was going through the comments and saw that many people kept saying they did this and got their periods immediately. I found it hard to believe. I was supposed to get my periods yesterday and did this exercise yesterday. I got my period the next morning itself. Thank you.

Actually first i thought this won't work But magically its worked I want to make my periods earlier than my expected date and i done this exercise yesterday evening and i got my periods today noon Thankyou so muchh❤

I did this workout only twice and got my period between the 2nd workout. Anyone having a delayed period and are scared, you are not alone. It is all going to be okay.

My God 😂 really can't believe it. This is crazy and works 200% undoubtedly. My periods was delayed by 15days yesterday night I saw this video actually I was searching to do something so that I get my periods and today morning I practiced the exercise at 9am and got my periods at 12noon. Thank you so much ma'am ❤ I will continue this exercise to regular my periods❤ may God bless you 🙏

These exercises actually work. I had my date on 23rd sep. I started practicing these exercises and got the result very next day. All you need to repeat them twice or thrice a day in empty stomach for quick result.

My periods was 10 days late... I did the exercises yesterday and today ... At 2pm, I got my periods ... I also used to drink ginger tea and papaya. Thank you so much for the video... Be positive. May God help everyone.

Really it's very useful.. In my case, there was a delay of two weeks, I was very much upset, but after doing this work out for 3 days, my cycle has started... Thnx vry mch... 👍👍
