Hi, it's okay that when I do yr exercises, I don't engage my core/abdominal muscles?

Did u say all the exercises all can be done with times every day? not too much ?

If you have any discomfort while stretching, we do recommend you stop. Of course, you should always consult with your doctor or a physical therapist before starting an exercise and/or stretching routine - you do not want to make your condition worse. We also recommend you speak with a health professional about the duration and reps the exercises should be performed as everyone has a different level of pain and flexibility.
