Great help was looking for something like this to insert in my gym trainning. One question how should i proceed with this? 4 sets each exercises, 30 sec each one with 30 sec rest between exercises? Or By reps? What's your advice? Thanks I'm subscriving

Thank you Antonio! We added it to the description in case others have the same question, but we do recommend 3-4 sets of 15-20 reps for each exercise!
