We are having issues with the supply chain here too, and prices are unbelievable! I just paid $4.19 for gas at one place and a day later (payday) it was $4.29 a gallon!

They say in some areas its already $5 a gallon. I am going to work on my electric bikes soon. One for each of us with a trailer for Michelle. At least we will be able to go buy our (soon to be) $10 gallon of milk.

@@TRTechTactical I wish I had a 3 wheeler with a motor and a trailer hitch! You could make me one when I get back there…

I have a motorized bicycle 2 stroke. Probably not nearly as reliable as a electric bike but it's what I have. Cost me 2 bucks a week in gas.

I am not sure about the reliability. I would not mind having one myself. Those little motors can run for many years without trouble. And you can always pedal home if something fails. I have considered a "hybrid" with a small gas engine, electric and pedal power.

There doesnt seem to be a problem like that in the UK ? Yet, we had a disrupted supply at a chain of shops called the 'CO-OP' but that was due to Brexit, I am mostley prepared anyways

Being prepared is good. If the US collapses, the UK will take a hit too. For some reason if one stock market takes a hit everyone else panic sells and they all tank. I am heavily into cryptocurrency and if someone sneezes in another country, people panic sell. Then if someone says something positive again, it goes back up. Its all emotion based buying and selling.

Thank you for this video. I know in my area,a lot stores that had high ratings of A and B got downgraded to C and D. The higher rated stores get First pick of orders and the lower rated stores get whatever orders are left or none. My usual store I shop at (similar to a Walmart but local) was downgraded from an A to D store because they had such a high turn over of employees and managers.(Not too bad of an employee shortage though) A couple of other stores have higher ratings and get all the orders. My usual store has been out ofall pain and allergy meds (even there store brand) for over 2 months. The other stores took the orders of winter gear, including snow shovels and snow blowers. Of course, the other higher rated stores know people need the products,so they make prices go up even more. Last month, they had a bag of 6 frozen crab legs for a few cents shy of $60! I don't like crab but that's way too high. Half of my family doesn't like meat and if they do,they only like certain types of meat so we are going to concentrate more on our garden. We are also going to grow some stuff indoors in containers, over the winter again.Like lettuce, etc.A lot of people in my area started doing that to help with grocery costs.

My hope is that more people grow more of their own food or stock up if they can, while they can. Thanks.

can you believe, that I bought and paid for a new samsung smart washer and dryer. Order them on September 24th and I still haven’t gotten them. Lowe’s allows that these are still on back order and can’t be delivered until October 22 now.

Yes I can believe it. This is exactly what I am talking about. Companies are willing to take our money but then, after the sale, tell us that its on back order and we have no idea when it will be available. And you also have no idea how many other people are waiting on the same product.

They kicked the can for 3 months on my upright freezer. I found one at menards a month or so later by checking on line every day. Had to drive 100 miles but had to have it. I also kept the lowes one for a spare for my 25 year old one. I saw the writing on the wall. It is still boxed in the corner. This was last summer I cant imagine now.
