I don't know how you do it but your videos are awesome! I'm learning so much from you guys. Please keep on playing and posting more videos with pa subs and speakers. But, to review a whole lot of pa speakers and subs, and test them, why don't you just go to Thomann, order a speaker, test it out, see what's inside, and then send it back with the 30 days return? I've wanted to do the same for a long time. Thanks again, M.

Tws is a feature some speakers have where it allows you to wirelessly link the same exact speaker to that one. My JBL PartyBox 310 has it

You guys are awesome! Does it really say 8000 Watts? Pro audio doesn't even do 8000 Watts (not by single unit). Please do some more pro audio! Thank you.

it would be cool if you reviewed a box pro dsp112 because it is so cheap (259$) and the advertise it as 134db max and other big numbers.

9:04 on that note, the advantages of toroidal transformers are, generally: - they are more compact and lightweight, thanks to their superior magnetic properties, that allow the use of smaller cores and less copper wire; - they induce less noise into surrounding components, because of their better EM field containment; - they look cooler. All that has little to no effect on sonic quality, however, if the amplifier is properly designed, is properly shielded and has a high PSRR. If an amp depends heavily on its PSU to have good sonic characteristics, it's not a good amp.

Dude, I just got the dual Exoton EX-15A. Mine says 10,000 P.M.P.O and there’s just NO way. And these are really not horrible with loudness and sound quality. But I wish there was substantially more bass. BUTTTT, I used my son’s JBL party box 310. And I made the JBL the main speaker where the music is initiated and it forced the exoton speakers to push past their limits and they really hit hard. If you have something that’ll push em. They sounded VERY impressive as the backup speakers. I hope that makes sense. But by their self, I really wasn’t impressed, Mostly because I wanted the bass. But for $309 out the door, For 15” amplified pa Bluetooth speakers. You really can’t beat it. But if you are not impressed with them by their selves, try what I’m saying, and you will more than likely be impressed. This made it twice as loud at the BARE minimum and put a lot more bass through the Exoton speakers. Im just trying to help someone because this really made the difference between me returning them and keeping them. I mean, I gotta buy my son a new speaker now because I’m keeping that too, But still.😂😂

Interesting stuff. A very nice toy, indeed! Just don't hold your breath for that 8000W power rating lol It's 60W, being generous.

Great video! Here are a few speakers I ask that you do videos on: ADJ APX GO12...similar to this one. Also, the new Alto 412XUS. Harbinger 4112 is another one. I would love a comparison between those two speakers and honest thought on which is the better speaker! Would love a tear down and review of the Yamaha DXR MKII, but that is a more expensive one. Thanks!

Let me explain the wattage rating. PMPO= Peak measured power output. It is not RMS. PMPO was used a lot in the 80s and 90s for consumer grade audio equipment, especially boomboxes and all in one mini stereos made by JVC, Aiwa, Philips, Kenwood, ETC. The main purpose of these ratings was to advertise and put big numbers on their products. To my understanding, it is measured by sending very short pulses of power (pops) through a component, louder and louder, until something fails. It is not even standardized how long this pulse is! It’s basically like saying that the top speed of a Little Tikes car is 100mph if you throw it off a cliff. Seeing a PMPO rating on a speaker almost always means it’s cheap junk. To give you an idea of how unreliable PMPO is, I had an Aiwa Mini system from the thrift store for a while. It claimed 4500w PMPO for the entire system. The speakers were only 50 watts RMS.

Im shooting from the hip here but you could take a hot glue gun and open up the machine and seal up the gaps that allow the air to escape the enclosure. Kinda getto but it should do the trick no? Being careful not to bridge anything as this stuff can sometimes become conductive I read somewhere but it should be fine. Its a cheap skeaker so who cares I mean isnt this like 120bucks a piece anyway? Imo this stuff is all about having fun and to go to town with DIY madness haha. For once Im actually feeling some little redemption for these cheesebox bookbag speakers lol. It seams the rgb skeakers aren't as bad as they once appeared to mostly be I am already eyeballing an alto and will be eventially getting a pair of them to play with. No rgb but they are supose to be good speaker for the money. This stuff always interests me keep it up guys! Id love to see yall tear down a samsung giga-sound amp and speakers to.
