Maybe the Airbnbs you’ve rented don’t have big TV’s but most people do buy big TV’s on Mexican BlackFriday which is called the Buen Fin and it’s a whole weekend or Night Sales , the most common sizes commercialized here are 55” screen. I , myself have a 100” a 55” for my room and 32” in guest’s’ rooms . Remember Mexico is the nr1 tvs exporter 😊and Amazon has 6,12-18 payments , interests free most part of the year

Wow, thanks so much for the info! Yes the Airbnb's that we have stayed in have very small TVs. We've stayed in some real gigantic places though, mansions and sometimes a TV is only 44 to 55 inches lol. That's why we are accustomed to seeing smaller TVs in Mexico. We know that at home in the US most houses have larger televisions than what we've seen here. What brands does Mexico export? We've noticed that the television's here seem to be more expensive than back at home and if they are exporting from here they should be cheaper, shouldn't they? Thanks so much again for the info!

Ajijic is beautiful! Paying taxes in Mexico is almost nothing!😀 for example if you own a house yearly taxes would be like $200 in Los Angeles $7000!

Actually, it is your people who take advantage of the foreigners and raise the prices for the foreigners which then raises the prices for the entire area 😀 Maybe you should talk to your own people and tell them not to take advantage of others 👋 🤭 #facts
