Hi Thanks for your comment. No. PMA is only applicable to FAA. In this video, it's highlighting how you would recognise the FAA 8130-3 that is a PMA part and how it is accepted by EASA. Does that answer your questions?

@bluealtitude2013 so that mean all the PMA part will come with FAA 8130-3 form only? The company to produce the part is from america only? Im wondering if the company is based in Europe. Can they get approval from FAA to produce the PMA part? And if can, should they use FAA form or EASA form? I am sorry. I am a bit confused with this PMA thing.

@@muhammadyusriabdulrahim927 yep PMA only comes on FAA 8130-3. For an EASA company located in the EU? Good question. I don’t know any. Assume they would need to have a production certificate approval issued by the FAA to generate a 8130-3. Then have the agreement to issue a PMA.
