This a gorgeous house…..I’d buy that “as is”. The bones of the house seem well preserved. Fantastic video and explore!!!

I understand for security issues and vandalism etc yall cant say Exactly where this house is BUT it would be nice to have a backstory to these houses and the general area(country/state)where this gouse is located.Without a backstory of exactly who owned this place and exactly how long its been abandoned would make it much more interesting.Without this its just another abndoned location in Shittown,USA or anywhere else in the world....

That boost controller at 12:30 came out in the early -mid 00s so not abandoned as long as it looks. The decor and fixtures were definitely updated in the late 80s early 90s. I lived through it and that gold look was huge then.

The house is beautiful - it is unique. The architect certainly knew his stuff. I hope it's a bad joke to demolish it, because even the technical condition seems satisfactory.

I love this type of mid-century architecture and decor. It's a shame that it's to be demolished. 50 years isn't very long for a house to stand before being torn down.

Awesome video. Its crazy that nice of a place isnt just renovated and reused it still looks somewhat liveable. But depending on where this is located the property taxes could cause an issue with all that square footage.

If you are going out with your bf, his channel will get the bulk of the views, not a good idea. Generally camera skill is good enough, but speaking skill needs more honing. You need to connect with your viewers to get them coming back for more. Get a girl to urbex and chill, and you can be the guy again. It's just wrong to urbex and chill with another dude when your long hair gave away your position in your relationship, AKA, you are the gf, and the one get it from behind.

Bullshit click bait if you can't at least give an obscure hint to who owned it to prove you aren't lying. No wonder your channel doesn't have many subs.
